Fees & Rebates

Due to the current financial climate, we have adjusted the cost of a 50-minute session to $165 for all clients, which is payable at the end of the session by credit/debit card or bank transfer.  If you are eligible for a rebate you will need to claim this directly after your appointment with your service. 

Full fee - $165 per 50 minute session

Travel - $80 per 30 minutes on Community/Out of Office sessions

Private Health - $165 per appointment, please check with your insurer for eligibility and rebate amount
(Initial Appointment - item code 100 and subsequent appointments - Item code 200)

Chronic Disease Management Plan - $165 per appointment with a rebate of approximately $58 from Medicare.

Mental Health Treatment Plan - $165 per appointment with an approximate Medicare rebate $93.

NDIS (Self and Planned Managed) - $165 per appointment.
Please note that under NDIS requirements: report writing, consultation with other professionals and progress reports will be charged at $165 per hour. 

Telehealth Appointments - $165 per appointment
* Client's with an eligible Mental Health Treatment Plan are Bulk Billed for Telehealth services only.

* Psychology Sessions are exempt from GST

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

Over 24 hrs notice - No charge
Under 24 hrs notice - $80 out-of-pocket cancellation fee applies
Failure to Attend Appointment - $165 out-of-pocket fee applies
